As I am stuck inside today with my fiance' and loving all the snow we keep getting in DC...I feel so lucky because Guy is forced to work from home today with me : ) All this snow brings me back to just a week and half ago to the weekend of Jan. 30th. Guy & I left DC to head to the little town of Washington, VA population 200 & no cell phone service!!
We stayed in our own log cabin owned by The Middleton Inn, were treated to massages in our cabin on a snowy afternoon and dinner at the famous The Inn at Little Washington just to name a few highlights of the weekend. The weekend was filled with amazing memories and could not have been more romantic! It was as if when we woke up on Saturday morning it had snowed on cue! Secluded from the world, cut off from any cell phone calls, and in the most quaint little town...Guy proposed on that Saturday the 30th before we headed to a simply decadent meal at The Inn at Little Washington. It was a little fairytale weekend and here are a few pictures I wanted to share with you...as I am snowed in once again with my Guy...cozy inside and loving every minute!! : )
